our story

Kebab Nation was formed by husband and wife power team Tony and Amy, after being made aware of the popularity of HSP’S by Cousin Fred. They opened their first store in Melbourne, Watsonia in 2017. Their goal was to fill the need in the market for a nationally recognised Kebab brand, famous for its high quality standards in food, presentation, cleanliness and service. This environment needed to be totally different from the typical greasy, low-quality and impersonal image that has come to be associated with Kebab shops over the years. And so Kebab Nation was born to the delight of many Melbournians.
